We arrived at the hotel and upon test-in, we ended up greeted with a welcome consume, an Agua de Frescos, a refreshing drink manufactured with nearby vegetation. Following providing us a transient rundown about the pursuits that can be done in the space, we are led to the elevator, which is following to a gorgeous spiral staircase for a quick tour of our home. We stayed in 1 of the 8 Plaza View rooms, on the 2nd floor, which amazing sights suitable from our bed of Plaza de San Francisco, the La Merced church, the inexperienced domes of La Compañía on the appropriate, the Basílica del Voto Nacional, and of course the Convent of San Francisco and its church.
The space will come with a flat-display television with 90 international channels, and weather management as the huge windows can make for chilly evenings. Wi-Fi is incorporated. What struck me most about the rooms are the intricate wall moldings, stained glass home windows in the bathrooms, and patterned wallpaper powering the beds. The closet in the rooms has a secure, an umbrella, hangers, slippers and more pillows.
A thing that caught my attention in the foyer is the shear range of roses just about everywhere and it is since roses are the countrywide flower of Ecuador. In the reception region there are massive bouquets of flowers and on just about every flooring in the corridors and in the elevator you can also find a exhibit of wonderful roses.
We had a extremely stress-free continue to be at Casa Gangotena with the friendly employees and relaxed atmosphere. It certainly felt like our dwelling away from home at the heart of downtown Quito.
